We take hearty farro and nutty wild rice, cook them up with a bit of roasted romanesco broccoli (or whatever tasty member of the brassica family looks best to our chef), add pepitas (pumpkin seeds) for crunch, pomegranate seeds for a bit of zing, and top the whole thing with thin slices of orchard fruit. Micro-mustard greens and salty feta cheese finish the bowls. We love it for breakfast, lunch, or dinner!
All you need is basic kitchen equipment (pots/pans, bowls, a knife, salt, pepper, oil) and around 15 minutes to create this crunchy, nutty dinner for two.
