We toss gemelli pasta with basil pesto, kalamata olives, and roasted mushrooms and red peppers. Gemelli means "twin" in Italian. It's made by twisting pasta into a corkscrew-like shape, which creates lots grooves to hold all that pesto and veggie goodness.
