A nice simple side of roasted parsnips, carrots, rutabagas, and celery root tossed with a small amount of fragrant sage brown butter until tender and caramelized. We think this would be fantastic on the side of our roast chicken or grilled steak. Life is short, live it up!

Great variety, but SO oily.

Heated in wide bowl and heated for 20 min. They luke warm, with no carmelization and puddle of butter at the bottom of the bowl. Basically inedible. I tried a few, but found them bland, under seasoned and unpalatable. I would not order these.

I would have liked to try this, but it wasn't delivered. It seems like Munchery has ever-more frequent logistical issues, which usually result in items being forgotten.

The vegetables were not flavorful . It was really cold when delivered.

Good side dish. Mine had a lot of parsnips so it was a bit sweet for me.
4 Stars
Wonderful way to fill up on perfectly seasoned root vegetables. I treat it as an entree, paired with a salad. The vegetables crisp up quickly in the oven.

Nice idea, but mine weren't roasted enough. Although I heated them in the oven, they were soggy.

Super yummy!

Limp barely roasted veggies with no discernible sage or brown butter flavor. Finally put them back in a 450 degree oven for 20 minutes then sprinkled them with my homemade moroccan spice mix and salt.

Everyone needs to try these! Amazingly delicious and a great healthy alternative to French fries!

This was delicious! I did roast for a while longer, to up the caramelization - they were a bit pallid and I like some browning. But the seasoning was lovely and the portion was big enough for a generous amount for two as a side dish.

Seemed like a great idea, but for me there was way too much sage seasoning. Would be a definite winner with the sage dialed down.
