I have always loved the taste of Peking duck, and it inspired me to create this dish. I have married this technique with the flavors of my home country, Cambodia. Duck is marinated in my special spice blend, then glazed and roasted until tender. The roasted half duck is served with steamed bao buns, pickled jalapeno and a sambal chili-mango dipping sauce. Finish with fresh cucumber, scallion and cilantro and enjoy!
