Anson Mills antebellum grits are some of the best in the country. They are especially great with meaty, Washington-foraged king trumpet mushrooms in a caramelized onion glaze. Matched with toasted pine nuts, spicy watercress pesto & radishes, a mellow miso butter and a splash of soy. A little unexpected, but a full-flavored vegetarian option!

This is an extremely small portion size and not very good to boot. It's nothing like anything else Munchery makes which is usually phenomenal.

Flavors of all the components were excellent. It was a great execution of brining fusion elements together. You will not want to miss this if you're a mushroom lover. I did think it was a bit small, and after finishing, got hungry in a few hours.

I'm not vegetarian, but this looked good...I wasn't disappointed! The flavors really work well together. I added some jumbo shrimp for some added protein. Yum!!

Such a unique dish. The grits were creamy and mushrooms were great! Love the watercress sauce. I just read that watercress is the #1 superfood.

So bad! I had such high hopes but the mushrooms were tough and rubbery you could hardly chew - it was more like trying to gnaw on them. The grits had no flavor and The soy sauce and green paste did not help.
