I would have loved more hummus, less whipped feta. It's a hummus platter, after all.

This needed more pita. And the ricotta was an odd addition. Yogurt dip and a bit of feta would have made more sense. Also, use pitted or whole olives only. Using both is tricky and people count on either having pits or not.No broken teeth this way

Included only 1/2 round of pita. Hummus had a full garlic clove not blended in. Good on flavor otherwise

Where is the pita? One small round fit in half and that's it??? Get rid of the cheese and beets and fill the tray up with more pita breads - maybe some white and some whole wheat? Luckily I had triscuits available when I ran out of the pita

The hummus is delicious. The photo is false advertising as it comes with two small pieces of pita. Not enough and certainly not enough for $10. Too bad. The hummus is delicious! The white spread is bland.
