This is a great snack or start to your meal; even a light lunch at your desk! The labneh is made from Seattle's Ellenos Greek Yogurt & topped with za'atar spices, add roasted garlic hummus, some citrus-pickled red beets, and a few greek olives served with pita.

OK, little pricey for a hummus plate, but I'll be damned if everything wasn't done absolutely flawlessly. Perfectly garlicky without being acrid, and the labneh was great. Def adding this as a regular side with my orders now.
