Branzino, a type of sea bass from the Mediterranean known for it's flakiness and mild flavor, is marinated overnight in garlic then oven-roasted until lightly browned but still moist. It's served with a side of tender, roasted fennel and charred tomato with herbed jasmin rice on the side. Our house-made olive tapenade comes on the side for you to add punch of salty flavor as you see fit.
