Madras curry and a touch of brown sugar are what make this dish packed with so much flavor. One of my all time favorite dishes that I make at home for my girls. A sprinkle of pine nuts and fresh cilantro bring it all together.

The cauliflower is normally really delicious. Tonight it was very oily. I couldn't finish it.

I love this dish! I usually stock up on 2 or 3 so that I can have it in the refrigerator to throw on a salad or as a quick side dish on another night. A good value for the portion size and perfectly roasted and seasoned cauliflower!

Loved it, an excellent Indian side dish. Not hot, but a full curry spice range. Had it with his chicken vindaloo. Made for a fantastic dinner.

Great flavor but it seemed like the portion was a bit small.
