A simple side dish of oven roasted Brentwood sweet corn on the cob served with a lime-honey infused Hampton Creek Just Mayo, Japanese Togarashi red chili powder, and a squeeze of fresh lime.
We use Hampton Creek's stellar Just Mayo in all of our dishes with mayonnaise. Here we've jazzed up their sustainable, plant protein-based spread with a bit of lime and honey, but we love it all on its own for its fabulous creamy mayo flavor.
