I've packed as much flavor as possible into this bowl! Long Island duck breast is marinated with hoisin and my Asian spice blend, then roasted until tender. I serve it with thin egg noodles, shiitake mushrooms, Napa cabbage, pea shoots and bacon in a flavorful broth accented with soba sauce. Topped with crispy red onion and a squeeze of lime. Enjoy!
