Black barley, farro, and red quinoa are cooked and served together as the base for this mix of vegetables with curry. Chickpeas, roasted cauliflower, and sweet potatoes are cooked in our house-made curry sauce, which has a bit of a kick to it. It's topped with chopped parsley and mint and comes with a side of cooling raita. It's a hearty vegetarian meal that will satisfy.
