Creamy layers of raspberry & almond mousse will remind you of an adult PB & J. The dark chocolate sponge cake pushes it over the top! A little milk chocolate ganache anchors the whole dessert.

The cake was very moist and light. Would have liked more almond flavor, but will definitely order again.

This was smaller and less vibrantly colored than in the photo. I like new things, and I am definitely glad I had it, but the flavors were just too subdued for me. It was fresh and really did have a peanut-butter and jelly-type taste.
