Quinoa and black lentils make this a protein-packed vegetarian meal. It's topped with lightly roasted cauliflower and rainbow carrots, braised kale, and a mix of crunchy sunflower sprouts and seeds. This can be lovely served either hot or cold. On the side: miso mustard dressing to add to taste.

As I was eating this I could literally feel health & vitality returning to me after a long, stress filled and chaotic day. There was goodness and love in every bite, the slightest, most delicate hint of soy in sauce. Thank you so much Chef BB!

Good portion of veggies - it wasn't all quinoa and just a few veggies here or there. The Miso dressing was so tasty too. I would love to see this on the menu more often. It was light but filling.

This is a very healthy option and ready to eat too. I love that there's no starchy things here - just really healthy, complex-carbohydrate-veggies. The dressing makes things that bit more tasty.

This meal was outstanding! The quinoa and lentis made the salad very filling and the kale and roasted vegetables were cooked beautifully. Sunflower seeds and dressing provided some needed brightness and crunch. This is clean eating at its finest!
