Fontina, cheddar, and mozzarella are melted over thinly-sliced layers of potatoes and sliced fennel for a cheesy gratin. Heat this up in the oven for 15-20 minutes so that the golden brown crust sizzles on top. An ideal accompaniment for just about any entree. Bon appetit!
