Chuck roast is braised slow and low with red wine, beef broth, tomatoes, and seasonings until fork-tender. Roasted beets and carrots are added at the end so they have a chance to absorb some of those lovely braising juices. It comes with a side of Yukon Gold mashed potatoes and some of our house-made horseradish sour cream for you to drizzle over as you see fit.
