  • No-Antibiotic Poultry
When preparing chicken breasts, it's important to keep it juicy throughout the cooking process. Stuffing this with a plantain mixture keeps the meat moist and subtly flavors the chicken. Set the chicken slices on the sweet and spicy mango-jalapeño quinoa and drizzle it all with the cilantro cream sauce. A few marinated grape tomatoes finish the plate. Munchery sources poultry raised without antibiotics—it’s better for the birds and it’s better for you. We’re excited to feature poultry from Mary’s Chickens in this dish.

Was an interesting flavor. Probably would have been amazing freshly cooked, but reheated, not the best dish.

If it had a little more spice, it would be a five.

So wonderful!!!!

This dish was a bit of a disappointment. It was little dry and bland primarily because less than two tablespoons of the cream sauce didn't begin to add the moistness it really needed. Also the highly acid raw tomatoes didn't work here.

The flavors in this dish are phenomenal! highly recommend if you're into sweet and savory dishes. Just the right amount of quinoa to add a little texture and crunch to the dish. YUM!

I really enjoyed this dish and look forward to eating it again! The only suggesting I have is more tomatoes would not be a bad thing, as would a green garnish.

Fabulous! Not sure about the cilantro cream "sauce", as it looked like butter, rather than sauce. in any event, a superb creation.

This is what a Chef does. FANTASTIC! My wife and I both voted this "Best of the House!" Exotic flavors permeate the dish. This is what distinguishes a chef from a line cook! Waited too long to submit this review. Charles
