I wasn't sure what the carrots or apricots had to do with the rest of the dish, but overall it was pretty good. There were some very strong flavors that I couldn't identify, but liked. The cod was delicious and well cooked.

I didn't feel the fruity sweetness and yogurt tang went very well with the savory coucous and cod at all. I tried eating it without the yogurt but felt it was too dry. Only positive for me was the freshness of the ingredients.

Excellent quality fish, and interesting combination of flavors.

I will order this dish again. The cod was great and I loved the cous cous. I passed the apricot yogurt as it was too sweet for me, but everything else was spot on! Excellent!

Nice piece of fish with a tasty yogurt/sauce to dip in. Couscous with apricots was a bit dry, but mixed with the yogurt, it was good. I wish the instructions had recommended removing the mint as it pretty much just withered away in my toaster oven.

This was delicious, but i took off 1 star as the "crust" wasn't crunchy. It had very nice citrus flavors and i loved the yogurt that i dipped my bites into. I would absolutely get this again.

4-1/2 stars, really, but delicious.

This is one of those dishes that may be best if eaten immediately upon preparation. The pistachios softened and did not provide the crunch that we were hoping a nut-crusted fish would provide.
