Our salmon comes from Puget Sound in the waters off the coast of Washington state. Each fillet is brushed with a pineapple, honey, and ginger glaze then seared. Served with steamed jasmine rice and oyster mushrooms sautéed with garlic, ginger, sweet red peppers, and roasted scallions. Enjoy!
