One of my all time favorite meals growing up as a kid. I use 100% all beef franks, wrap them in puff pastry, brush them with an egg wash, and then bake until golden brown. Served with a medley of summer peas & carrots, roasted sweet potatoes, and ketchup. A dish any kids will love!
