What's better than an everything bagel topped with cream cheese and lox? This New York-meets-Philly version of a classic sushi roll. Smoked Scottish salmon, Philadelphia cream cheese and a little cucumber and chive are wrapped inside nori and rice. Then, I sprinkle on everything bagel spices for a burst of flavor. Enjoy!
