Named for the bicycle ride in 1891 starting in Paris and ending in Brest, this chocolate lovers version is filled with a rich gianduja cream and caramelized hazelnuts. Made with paté choux dough in the traditional bicycle wheel shape, the indulgent dessert is drizzled with chocolate sauce and sprinkled with powdered sugar. If you're feeling generous and want to share, put in the middle of the table with a side of chocolate sauce for dipping.

This dessert is heaven - nice portion, baked to perfection, chocolate sauce adds delicious garnish to soft pastry with light, fluffy cream filling. As a chocolate addict, I will order this whenever possible!
