The Bliss Bar is clean eating at its finest. The base is pure pumpkin, sweetened with raw honey, and blended with coconut flour, cocoa, eggs, and a pinch of cinnamon. It's then topped with local walnuts from Cipponeri Farms, and toasted coconut. I enjoy this bar for breakfast with coffee, as well as for a guilt free late night snack.
