This Oat Chocolate Chip Cookie is a best seller at the Farmers Market and local coffee shops! It's chewy, studded with semi-sweet chocolate chips, and has a hint of cinnamon and nutmeg. Extra virgin coconut oil also gives this cookie its delicious texture and flavor. All that's missing is a cold glass of almond milk to wash it down.

This is no good. Dry, some what tasteless, texture of sawdust. Its really quite a poorly constructed ensemble.

Overall I really liked this--the texture was chewy/dense in the middle, but a bit crumbly/light on the outside. The spice was very nice and the choc.chips gave a nice, added depth. I only disliked the coconut oil flavor, which was too strong (!).
