  • No Nuts Added
Pork gets rubbed with Chef Montalvo's special spice blend then house-smoked over applewood until it’s as tender as can be. We serve it with house-made cornbread (using ground corn from Wild Hive Farm in upstate New York) and honey butter, a heap of slaw, house-made pickles and tangy vinegar barbecue sauce to add as you like.

Nothing positive to say. Very small portion. Fatty. MAJOR disappointment.

Barely any meat in the portion - the majority was fat. The corn bread was stale.

Amazing

Too much vinegar, the sauce is overwhelming but I needed it so it wasn't dry-didn't realize it was pure vinegar. Pork is good but I ruined it with sauce. Bread is tasteless. Also, slaw and things not to be heated should be packed separately.
