grilled tofu, rice noodles, herbs, nuoc cham

We start with Hodo Soy tofu, made in Oakland. We marinate it with lemongrass, garlic and chiles, then grill it and dice it before putting it on a bed of rice noodles with fresh veggies, lots of herbs, and house-made nuoc cham, the classic sweet and spicy Vietnamese sauce.

I wish this had some spice or a kick to it! It was a little bland for my personal taste. However, still a solid dish.

Hey guys, been a loyal customer of Munchery for nearly a year now and this was my first bad experience as there was a bug in my food. Took a pic if that's necessary. Thanks.

Simply amazing. I can't even begin to tell you how awesome the tofu (the best I've ever had), the sauce, and the mint are together. Will order this forever.

Portion size was good. Taste was a little plain and too minty.
