Meatloaf is one of those simple pleasures in life that even vegetarians shouldn't be denied. That's why we've made this one with a combination of lentils and corn and brushed on a tomato-paprika glaze for a bit of spice. This faux meatloaf will satisfy any down-home cravings that may arise!
