This is a great nutritious kids' meal. What looks like a simple bright tomato sauce is actually loaded with vegetables pureed into it. It's put on ziti (tubes of pasta that are fun to eat) and the whole thing is topped with fresh Belfiore mozzarella, ricotta, and Parmesan cheeses. The dish is served with a small iceberg lettuce wedge and yogurt-ranch dressing.
