A rich and decadent dessert. We use 70% cacao Valrhona chocolate, for a deep chocolatey flavor, and bake the cakes juust enough to maintain a lush and gooey center. Strawberries that are oven roasted with vanilla sugar, and whipped creme fraiche create the perfect accompaniment.

The center needed to have more soft molteness - fudge. It was cooked pretty much all the way through like a regular chocolate cake. Compliment, the flavor was very good however.
