Fresh salmon is coated in red miso and ginger sauce, then oven-roasted until flaky and delicious. It’s served with cold soba noodle salad speckled with carrots, snow peas, and our favorite tamarind-ginger dressing. Flecks of black and white sesame seeds add crunch.
All you need is basic kitchen equipment (pots/pans, bowls, a knife, salt, pepper, oil) and around 15 minutes to create this delicious Japanese dinner for two.
