For this salad bowl, a chicken breast is rubbed with sumac, garlic, onions, thyme, and olive oil, then grilled and served with a mix of wheat berries, lentils, fresh arugula, and cherry tomatoes. Drizzle on the creamy tahini vinaigrette as you like.
