A plump Mary's chicken breast is pan-roasted until golden then brushed with a sweet teriyaki glaze for a rich flavor. We serve it with slightly charred Brussels sprouts cooked with crispy bacon lardons (that's French for 'big chunks'), shiitake and cremini mushrooms, and roasted onions. Munchery sources poultry raised without antibiotics—it’s better for the birds and it’s better for you. We’re excited to feature poultry from Mary’s Chickens in this dish.

What People Are Saying

Chicken was very fresh but slightly bland - the teriyaki sauce was mediocre. However, the brussels sprouts were to die for.

Best Brussels spriouts ever!!! Thanks!!! Love it!!! What else is Mary cooking?

Brussel sprout mixture wasn't my favorite and tasted a little burnt. The large chicken breast was tasty, but microwaving per the directions will leave the chicken cold in the center. This is a common problem with Munchery chicken dishes for me.

I don't think it is enough chicken to reach the protein content advertised.

This was so good. Something my Polish mom would make. I paired it with dill mashed potatoes side. Really would be even better if breast had bone in, the skin was cooked perfectly.

Bacon should be crispier. How about some balsamic on the Brussels sprouts?
