Was pleasantly surprised with the amount of vegetables. Would have preferred they were trimmed/peeled though. Salmon was good, not amazing quality but instructions were written so as to not overcooked it at least!

Took 40 minutes to make the meal when advertised to take only 15. Also, the sherry vinegar didn't add much flavor to the bland vegetables and the salmon marinade wasn't very good.

Good recipe, and I'd probably order it again. Decent quality fish, though probably farmed. Excellent fennel and carrots and onion. Asparagus was woody. The quantity of veggies provided was enormous, which we enjoyed.

Very tasty and healthy but a lot of work to prepare

Kind of a lot of work, since you have to chop up the veggies and cook them separately from the fish, which takes 15 minutes in the oven all by itself. The whole dish took me about 30 minutes to make. Flavors were just so-so -- not worth the effort.

The vegetables are fresh and beautiful, the sauces delicious, but the fish is not good, it tastes farmed

Extremely disappointing. I often buy salmon from Whole Foods, Trader Joes, Costco, this was not up to par. Very harsh odor, few days past its prime. I buy 2 pieces of marinated salmon for $12 at Whole Foods- tastes better & cooks in same time.
