Fresh salmon fillets are oven-roasted with a sweet and tangy maple-tamarind glaze. Serve them (there’s two!) over a mix of steamed asparagus, carrots, spring onions, and sliced fennel. A drizzle of more glaze at the end adds the finishing touch.
All you need is basic kitchen equipment (pots/pans, a knife, salt, pepper, oil), and around 15 minutes to create a stunning meal for two.
