Pork tenderloin is brined with Vermont maple syrup then roasted until tender and juicy. Yummy and moist. I could have had more of the cabbage and sauce.

It was fine.

It wasn't clear if we were to heat the sauce.

Perfectly cooked pork, tender and moist, with a light maple sauce. Very nice. I reheated in the toaster oven, thinking the microwave would make the pork tough.

Not enough sauce

Flavors were rather bland. I would have liked less meat and perhaps another side or more polenta. The sauce was flavorless (white, not brown like in picture). Husband wouldn't eat the cabbage, I thought it was okay - not great, just okay.

Excellent dish!

My husband said 3.5-4 stars. He wasn't fond of the cabbage and thought the pork was "chewy". That being said he openly admits to not eating much pork so perhaps it is the normal consistency. The portions were good.

This was OK, but not fabulous. I would not reorder. The pork was dry and didn't have much flavor. I don't know where the maple was. The polenta and the apples were my favorite part . The purple cabbage was interesting, but hot or cold?

I added more veggies and made two meals out of it. The boyfriend was a bit hesitant, but ended up eating it all!

Really tasty. More sauce would be great!

The flavor on this was a winner again. Although, the pork tenderloin was cut into smaller pieces this time which resulted in them being overcooked. You should probably go back to three larger pieces. Regardless it was a satisfying meal
