A semi-traditional version of the low-country classic. Grits have always been a staple in Southern cuisine, and shrimp & grits, which started out as a common breakfast dish in post-Civil War Charleston, SC, is still a favorite. Plump shrimp are sautéed with onion, garlic, red and jalapeño peppers, and special secret spices!
