A "grain bowl" made with green French lentils (those are the super cute and fancy itty bitty lentils with a delicately earthy flavor), and grilled salmon, for lots of protein and what some people think of as "slow carbs." Marinated tomatoes bring brightness, while cucumbers add some solid crunch. We liven everything up with a curry vinaigrette (you add that to taste, of course!).

Would be improved by substituting ocean-raised (e.g, Skuna Bay) or wild salmon for the farmed variety.

If you are into healthy dishes go for this entree. Also, the portion is large so can be split into two meals.

I liked this dish. It was the first time that I had lentils with salmon. It wasn't as flavorful as I hoped for but it was good. The portion was generous.

This is a very healthy and filling entree but the salmon should be heated which is not suggested in the directions. We ate the rest of the dish at room temperature, and the combination of the warm salmon on top of the cool salad was perfect.

This is the first dish that I've ever ordered from Munchery that I was absolutely disapointed with. I was surprised this was a cold dish. I 'm really glad that I ordered my usual ceasar salad so I didnt go to bed feeling hungry.

Expected a warm dish, so I was confused not to find heating directions. I heated it a bit anyway since it was a cold evening, without ruining the freshness of the vegetables. The curry sauce was a nice flavor addition. Salmon was cooked perfectly.

Please replace the farmed salmon with wild, or at least ocean raised.

Amazing! Hope this one becomes a regular item. Super healthy and full of flavor (I used the lentils to get every last drop of the curry sauce)!

I had no idea this was cold. Ugh. And the "curry" was an oily mess. Avoid this one.

Again salmon was not clean. Mine also had bones and the gray part of the salmon that should of been cut off. It's a turn off eating salmon with bones in a salad.

Excellent combination of tastes and textures. The lentils were more delicious than I expected and went nicely with the vegetables and salmon. Chef Cubberly's meals have become our favorites.
