Sometimes, you just need cake. Sometimes you need adorable, oh-so-tasty raspberry cakes that are rich with butter and studded with fresh raspberries. Warm the little cakes just a bit to soften them, then spoon our raspberry compote over the top, and serve it over a pool of luscious creme anglaise (that’s French for yummy custard sauce). A sprinkle of pistachios gives the dessert a little touch of crunch. All you need is basic kitchen equipment (microwave, plates, spoons) and around 5 minutes to create this delicious dessert for two that’s begging for a cup of tea.

Was hoping for something rich and decadent. Tasted like a packaged mix muffin top with two uninspiring sauce packets. Cake was very very small and dry. I would not order again - over priced too.
