Our pastry chef extraordinaire, Kalle Guinn, has taken the lemon meringue pie and morphed it into an éclair with a lemon curd-filled pâte à choux. Fluffy meringue is torched on top of the pastry for a complete lemon meringue experience. If there was ever an example of two amazing dessert colliding to create something even more spectacular, this is surely it.
