This light and lemony cake is perfect for any occasion. Once called the "Sky High" lemon cake, we've layered a thinly cut lemon cake with lemon curd and frosted it with lightly toasted meringue.

While not my favorite of the deserts I've tried from Munchery, this is beautiful and delicious, especially if you love lemon! The cake is moist, the lemon curd perfectly balanced between sweet & tangy, and the meringue delicate. A+ for garnish also!
