Tender lamb loins are pan-roasted until cooked just the way you like it, then topped with a fresh herb paste that you whirl up yourself. Add that to a mix of roasted carrots, parsnips, green onions, and rutabagas and you’ve got a lovely, dare we say elegant, dinner that you made yourself. We give you all the stuff plus easy-to-follow directions so it’s really quite simple.
