Combining the the spiciness of kimchi, the coolness of avocado purée, and the fresh crunch of cucumber in one dish is simply magical. We toss the whole thing with a seasoned rice wine vinaigrette and give you some chopped scallions and cilantro to sprinkle on top. Get your noodle on!

Noodles by themselves are really good. The sauce and mix-ins are just ok. Definitely needs some protein like tofu or chicks

This is such an insanely delicious meal, I always wish it were bigger! & featured some vegan protein of some sort. So tasty though!!

These were the best. Very flavorful!

Loved the refreshing taste...especially over the hot and humid summer!...I added organic silken tofu to make it more of a complete meal for my husband and I.

The noodles were too cooked and soggy.

A bit high in sodium... Great taste

Way too much sauce and the sauce was very sugary. It would also benefit from some more vegetables and a larger portion size.
5 Stars
Delicious, fresh and flavorful. Avocado sauce was overpowering though, I would recommend advising to add it to taste.

I love korean style cold noodles, but this is a little salty. I added the diced pear and lettuce for better taste.
4 Stars
It's tasty but very unhappy with the condition it came with. The noodle is already drenched in soup base making it a bit messy when it arrived. I would think that the soup base should come on the side within another container.
5 Stars
The saucy noodles, black sesame seeds, cucumbers, kimchi and cilantro are two thumbs up. Ways to improve this meal: more noodles, separate container for green onions.

The taste was good, but there was too much dressing. Too oily. Maybe serve dressing on the side?
5 Stars
Amazing dish! It almost tastes like spicy tuna with noodles. So good. I'm waiting for it to be available again.

Little but of a spicy kick and very yummy!

The flavor was great but there was too much sauce.

Really good, but the portion seemed on the smaller side.

Enjoyed very much! Loved the pop of the black sesame. So light and flavorful -- I could easily eat this many times a week!

This had so much potential. Typically the sauce is served on the side...the sugary, sesame sauce on the soba noodles was overpowering that I could not eat this dish.
5 Stars
Delicious! I just wish there was some protein in this dish. I had a hard boiled egg in the fridge so I added that.

Too salty

SO good! Really refreshing and filling. A bit heavy on the cilantro flavor which might be overpowering for some, but I was a fan!

Really good, and I did feel better after eating it. I wish there were more noodles because it's a super light meal, but will definitely order this again.
