Chef David Chang of New York's legendary restaurant Momofuku made this renegade take on ssam (the Korean version of lettuce wrap) famous. The steak is marinated in a mixture of pineapple, kiwis, Coca-Cola, and soy sauce and served in crisp, cold lettuce. The hot/cold combination is outstanding when paired with the kimchi purée, caramelized onions, and a ginger scallion vinaigrette. Fun, delicious, all in.
