I really loved this dish. I'm Korean and I wouldn't call this anything like my mom's Korean cooking, but I still thought it was exceptional. Loved the spicy gochujang sauce. Please bring this item back!

This one really works well, but I recommend slipping some of the sauce under the skin before heating. Otherwise it is a bit underseasoned. Heating everything in the oven vs. microwave also gives the rice a nice crunch. Add a few extra minutes.

This was a little under cooked for me, even after putting it in the oven for 30 minutes. The sauce wasn't good, the cucumbers tasted fishy, but the rice was very good.
