There is something about the smell of Korean BBQ that brings me back to "the House of Lee", a place in New Orleans that my family frequented for Asian fare. I think it's the beef, soy and sugar on the open flame wafting through the air that takes me back, remembering egg rolls and the red hoisin pork slices dipped into the plum sauce. This dish has wonderfully seasoned and flavorful beef, served with sesame-gingered green beans, white basmati rice, and pickled veggies. Enjoy!!
