Break out the ice water, because these burgers have a triple amount of spicy stuff! We give you fresh ground turkey burgers to cook them just right. Then, we provide all the incendiary ingredients to make it just as hot as you can handle: Green curry seasons the burgers, a Sriracha ketchup gets slathered on the bun, and then the whole thing is topped with spicy kimchi. A few slices of creamy avocado and cilantro leaves help balance all that fire. All you need is basic kitchen equipment (pans, bowls, a knife, salt, pepper, oil) and around 15 minutes to create dinner with a whole lot of heat. Two pans, about 15 minutes, and you’ll have two burgers packing a whole lot of heat.

  • Turkey Burger (gound turkey)
  • Brioche Bun (unbleached flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), eggs, butter(cream), water, sugar, milk, yeast, canola oil, salt)
  • Red cabbage
  • Avocados
  • Ketchup (tomato concentrate from red ripe tomatoes, distilled vinegar, high fructose corn syrup, corn syrup, salt, spice, onion powder, natural flavoring)
  • Kimchi
  • Tamari Vinaigrette (tamari, canola oil, sesame oil, brown sugar, ginger, water, lemon juice, chili paste, garlic, cilantro)
  • Cilantro
  • Green Curry Paste (green chili, lemongrass, garlic, salt, galangal, shrimp paste (shrimp, salt) kaffir lime peel, coriander, pepper, cumin, tumeric)
  • Sriracha (chili, sugar, salt, garlic, distilled vinegar, potassium sorbate, sodium bisulfite as a preservative, xanthan gum)
