  • No Nuts Added
This baked pasta casserole was invented at The Palace Hotel right here in S.F. Back in 1908 specifically for the opera star Luisa Tetrazzini who lived in the hotel, so there's a history lesson with dinner! Diestel Turkey is roasted, diced and cooked with a creamy turkey gravy with carrots, celery, leeks, and spaghetti. Topped with parmesan bread crumbs and baked. Served with some steamed broccoli and cauliflower.

Unfortunately there wasn't much turkey meat and I found a big piece of cartilage. Broccoli and cauliflower were too hard for a kid to enjoy. The pasta and sauce were tasty on the other hand.

Eaten as a small meal. It was okay. Will probably order again.

Too much, too institutional, too not okay. My son ate the steamed side of veggies and completely skipped the tetrazzini. More MidWest canned soup casserole than fresh and tasty tetrazzini. Won't order again.

This is one of the betters kids meals I have ordered for my 20 month old son. Good because it had a good portion of veggies (as a side and carrots in the tetrazzini). Only a few small pieces of turkey with a good portion of noodles.

Kind of bland. Good if your kids are into white food. It would have been a little better for my kids (6, 2.5) with the wagon wheels pictured v. the spaghetti we got. HUGE portion.
