These light and crispy fritters have shredded zucchini, diced spring onions, quinoa, parsley, and a very small amount of eggs and flour to hold those veggies together. Seared and quickly baked, they're served with a micro-salad of cherry tomatoes, crunchy radishes, and frilly frisee. On the side: apple cider and honey dressing for the salad, plus ketchup for dipping the fritters

very tastey, daughter loved this

Delicious!

Love the quinoa fritters! Could you change the salad to be more kid-friendly? The frisee/radish combo balances the fritters well, but there is *no* way my 3-year-old will eat it). With a kid-oriented side, this dish would be perfect!
5 Stars
So hungry I ate them cold - excellent meal on the run !

My 2.5 year old daughter loved the fritters... But didn't love the salad. Would love to see this with a side of broccoli!
5 Stars
These things are WAY too addictive!!!! I wish I had the recipe.

Why is this for kids only? ;) As an adult I enjoyed this. Maybe a little less on the oily would be recommended all in all through a good dish would order again.
5 Stars
Very very good.

These were very flavorful and a good portion size.

Wish the kids stuff was a tad less sweet and salty... Regardless, my son loves this too

My kid couldn't get enough
4 Stars
My son loved the fritters but the salad does not seem appropriate for kids.
5 Stars
very nice, kids loved them and the salad. I'm sure the sweet dressing help.
5 Stars
Probably my favorite item on the munchery menu - these are so delish!
5 Stars
Really good flavor- my toddler loved them.! Might be better with roasted or puréed carrots, the frisée salad is difficult depending on the age of your child.
4 Stars
Quinoa Fritters were okay. Enjoyed the salad & the dressing.
4 Stars
Normally we love these but this time they were soggy. Still higher rates though as they are usually wonderful!
5 Stars
Thoroughly enjoyed them -- even 'tho I'm a grown-up!
4 Stars
Five star if there're more fritters! It's so yummy! I find heating it up in oven is better than microwave.
5 Stars
I don't have kids.....I buy these for myself. Great as a light lunch with salad or soup.
5 Stars
Golly, these are seriously good! And I am usually indifferent to quinoa. Would make a great choice for a side dish on the adult menu.

So tasty!

It tasted good with the sauce but it was small portion.
5 Stars
They disappeared before I could try one, I heard they were really good!

Mealy and bland.

Mushy and very onion-y. Our son didn't like them very much, but did like the ketchup sauce.

They didn't look like the description whatsoever. I was expecting something light and flakey, like a vegetarian chicken fritter, it was dense grey patties. Not a fan.
5 Stars
If I could give this more than 5 stars, I would. Delicious!! And the sweet sauce is amazing. Please offer adult portion size; my son would only let me have a bite. If you want to improve on perfection, more salad pls.
5 Stars
My kids favorite munchery dish!
4 Stars
Pretty good, would have liked a better dipping sauce than ketchup.
5 Stars
Ordered these as a side and they are yummy. I did as another reviewer suggested & heated them on a griddle (no added oil) and it made a nice, warm crispy fritter. The little salad was really yummy too. Sweet dressing complimented the bitter greens.
5 Stars
My 3-year old loved these, and ate them all up!
3 Stars
Not bad -- I didn't find the salad as "micro" as others did -- it was fine for a kid's meal. The fritters had good taste. I found the honey mustard too sweet & didn't use the ketchup....but then again, I'm not a kid :-)
5 Stars
Definitely big enough for an adult. Loved it and wish I knew how to make them! Quinoa never tasted so good.
5 Stars
This is FANTASTIC. I love "kids food" that uses sophisticated ingredients like quinoa and makes is fun. I would die for the recipe to this! I may also have eaten one of the two fritters for myself.
5 Stars
I love this kids' dish. The fritters are super yummy. Unlike the photo, they are not really crispy, but really soft--kind of like a vegetarian crab cake.
4 Stars
Ordered this for myself. Three patties, very nice portion. Tasty with or without the dipping sauce. Nicely browned. Really great flavor.
4 Stars
Great flavor in the fritters. The salad doesn't require anywhere near as much dressing as it comes with.
5 Stars
Delicious!
5 Stars
One of my favorite kids dishes on Munchery!
5 Stars
My four-and-a-half year old daughter really enjoyed these. We were delighted, since she usually is uninterested in dinner fare.
4 Stars
Delicious. Sides were blah and one or two bites, but the fritters were delicious. Might have to order 2 next time!
5 Stars
Loved this! Filling and good portion size for an adult's lunch.
4 Stars
These quinoa fritters are really delicious when properly heated and it's hard to imagine there's zucchini in them after you dip them in the nice sauces. The only downside is the side micro salad is too microscopic even for a kid.
5 Stars
I thought these were wonderful, and so did my kid. I just heated them on the griddle and they were perfect. Now I want the recipe so I can make them for his preschool class!
5 Stars
I got these on a hot, hot day and didn't want to heat them up... They were delicious cold!!

I didn't care for this dish at all. The fritters (re-heated in the oven) had a strange, sticky consistency and the salad dressing was way too sweet.
