This is my playful take on a classic PB&J sandwich. Lightly sweetened whole wheat crepes are rolled up with creamy peanut butter and fresh strawberry chunks. The fresh strawberries make it a healthier option. The bite-size pieces make it easy for the little ones to pick up. Everyone wins!
