I have these for breakfast or a side at lunch. I really enjoy all of the fruits and the little bit of yogurt adds just the right touch. Sometimes I add just a bit more yogurt and mix it all up with cereal or yogurt.

I ordered these for myself for a light dessert and to enjoy with bfast the next day. Good portion for that. Fresh and tasty!
