First we roast chicken and then cube it into succulent bite-size pieces. It's served on top of gemelli twisty pasta with English peas. A creamy béchamel (that's fancy French talk for white cream sauce) comes on the side and is made with skim milk mozzarella as well as a side of Parmesan cheese.
